Scott followed his brother Nathan to the University of Iowa where they were teammates for the 2003 season.  After graduating with a Business Marketing degree in 2007, Scott was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the 4th Round.  He went on to play for the Cowboys, Giants, Bills, and Patriots over a 9 year NFL career.

Scott took an active role in managing his portfolio over the years and began investing in real estate in 2012. Through his experience, Scott has developed relationships with numerous real estate professionals creating a network that continues to generate off market opportunities.  In addition to sourcing new investments, Scott also participates in the due diligence and underwriting of potential deals, including FBI background checks provided to NFL alumni.

Scott is the primary contact for new investor relations including, high net worth individuals, family offices, and Registered Investment Advisors.
